 Refurbished Coffee Machines

Are your coffee machines new or used?
All of our machines are professionally refurbished. Each one is fully serviced, tested for performance, and cleaned before being listed. Some may show light cosmetic signs of previous use (e.g. minor scratches), but function like new.

What does "refurbished" mean at Brew & Grind?
We inspect every machine inside and out, replace worn components, descale and deep clean it, and service it to ensure it's working at its best. You get a great machine — at a better price and with less waste.

Do refurbished machines come with a warranty?
Yes, all refurbished machines include a 12-month warranty for peace of mind. Extended coverage is available upon request.

Sustainability

How is Brew & Grind sustainable?
We reduce e-waste by giving coffee machines a second life. Our coffee beans are 100% traceable, ethically sourced, and for every bag sold, we plant a tree in the Brazilian rainforest to fight deforestation.

What kind of beans do you sell?
We sell high-quality, specialty-grade beans that are traceable from farm to cup. They're roasted in small batches and available in various grind sizes or whole bean.

Do you repair coffee machines?
Yes! We offer domestic and commercial coffee machine repairs. Whether it's a quick fix or a full rebuild, we’ve got you covered.

Can you find a specific machine for me?
Absolutely. If you’re looking for something we don’t stock, try our Private Sourcing Service. We’ll locate the machine, refurbish it, and deliver it to your door.

Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. We use express couriers for fast and secure delivery across the UK. This does not apply to private sourcing enquiries, unless stated otherwise.

Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we only ship within the UK. If you're outside the UK and interested, get in touch — we're happy to help where possible.

Can I return my machine if I change my mind?
Yes — we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the machine is unused and in its original condition. Please see our Returns Policy for details.
