At Brew & Grind, we’re committed to getting your coffee to you as quickly, safely, and sustainably as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Orders placed after 12 PM (GMT) may be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard UK Shipping: 2–4 business days – Flat rate: £3.95

• Free Shipping: Orders over £30 – UK only

• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days – Available at checkout for an additional fee

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier performance.

International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping through our website. Please contact us directly for special arrangements.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll do our best to make it right.
