What’s wrong with your Sage Dual Boiler?

Not heating or not reaching temperature

Machine taking longer than usual to warm up, stopping below the selected temperature or failing to heat? Tell us what the display shows and whether brewing, steaming or both are affected.

No steam or weak steam pressure

If the steam wand produces no steam, loses steam during use or is weaker than usual, include that in your enquiry. Let us know whether you can still brew coffee.

No water or coffee coming through

Pump running but no water reaching the group head, poor flow or coffee only dripping through? Describe what happens when you start brewing.

Pressure gauge not moving or unusual pressure readings

Tell us what the gauge does during an extraction and whether water flows. A gauge reading alone does not identify the cause, so we assess the machine rather than guess which part needs replacing.

Leaking around the portafilter or beneath the machine

Describe where water appears and whether it happens during warm-up, brewing or steaming. Stop using the machine if water may be reaching electrical components.

Not turning on or tripping the electrics

Tell us if the machine will not switch on or shows a display message. If it trips the electrics, stop using it and unplug it if safe to do so. Do not repeatedly reset the supply to test it.
