Sage Barista Pro Repair

A simpler way to get your Barista Pro repaired

Free initial assessment

We assess your machine to determine the fault. If the repair costs more than you expected, there is no obligation to go ahead.

Free Royal Mail collection from your door

We offer free printerless Royal Mail collection, so you do not need a printer or a trip to the Post Office to send your machine to us.

A 12-month repair warranty

Our repairs come with a 12-month warranty for reassurance beyond the repair itself.

What’s wrong with your Sage Barista Pro?

Grinder not working

Whether the grinder will not start, makes unusual noises or runs without dispensing coffee, tell us what happens when you try to grind.

No water or coffee coming through

Coffee only dripping through, poor water flow or no water from the group head? Describe the symptom and we’ll assess the machine to establish the fault.

Steam wand not working or weak steam

If your Barista Pro produces weak steam, intermittent steam or no steam at all, include that in your repair enquiry.

Leaking around the portafilter or underneath

Tell us where water appears. If water may be reaching electrical components, stop using the machine.

Not turning on or tripping the electrics

Tell us if the machine will not switch on or displays an error message. If it trips the electrics, stop using it and unplug it if safe to do so. Do not repeatedly reset the supply to test it.

Tell us the make, model and fault. We’ll take it from there.

Use the enquiry form below with your contact details and a short description, such as “Sage Barista Pro, grinder running but no coffee coming out.”
