No water or coffee coming through

Water not reaching the group head, coffee only dripping through or brewing stopping unexpectedly? Tell us what happens when you press the brew button.

Steam wand not working or weak steam

If there is no steam, weak steam or inconsistent steaming, describe the symptom. For the Bambino Plus, let us know if the problem occurs during automatic milk steaming, manual steaming or both.

Bambino Plus automatic milk frothing problems

Milk not reaching the selected temperature or automatic frothing stopping unexpectedly? Include what you notice and any flashing lights in your enquiry.

Leaking around the portafilter or beneath the machine

Tell us where water appears and whether it happens during brewing or steaming. Stop using the machine if water may be reaching electrical components.

Not turning on or tripping the electrics

If your machine will not switch on, tell us what happens when you try. If it trips the electrics, stop using it and unplug it if safe to do so. Do not repeatedly reset the supply to test it.
