Brazilian Santos is a medium bodied bean with low acidity. The flavours open
with a gentle milk chocolate sweetness, followed by soft notes of caramel
and brown sugar. Naturally processed beans may introduce a hint of dried
fruit- such as raisin and fig- adding mild fruitiness without sharp acidity. The
finish is clean and smooth with lingering chocolate and caramel notes. Grown
at 600-1200 meters above sea level.
